In Malo, 90% of workers are Women:
expert knitters, embroiderers, artisans of fine yarns.
But also creative, employed and women that every day rediscover ancient
gestures to do things in a new way.

Some processing steps are made by women’s cooperatives,
to the North and South of Italy,
in order to promote women’s work
and the interaction of Italian territories 
as a great example of craftsmanship Made in Italy.

In Malo, 90% of workers are women. They cover every Department, from production, to administration, to retail and marketing.

With that sense of style and innate sensitivity belonging to most of the feminine universe, they always find new ways to create, new ideas to communicate, new approaches to methods and techniques.

 With their skillful hands, the artisans make handmade sweaters and embroideries. Creative workers always try to put a small sparkle of magic in the design of an innovative, timeless garment, while the Commercial offices are full of strong minds carefully following every step of important retail processes. Also Boutiques are brightened from our personal assistants’ smiles.

 Women represent the company’s essential energy. And on Woman's Day, and for the full month of March, we are celebrating all of them also on our social media.

Calm as a stream.
