Free shipping to Italy and Europe for orders over €150.
Delivery of products and related expenses
The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the Order from 2 to 10 days from the acceptance of the Order, at the cost indicated specifically in the Site.
No liability will be chargeable to Malo in case of deliveries beyond the said term if the delay is due to any event outside Malo’s sphere of control.
Following the Order Confirmation and simultaneous payment of the Total, Malo will deliver the Products to the courier in charge.
The Customer undertakes to do everything at his disposal to facilitate the delivery of the Order.
At the time of delivery of the products, the Customer is obliged to check:
-the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated in the transport document.
-that the packaging is intact, undamaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape).
Any damage to the packaging and/or product or the mismatch of the number of packages or indications must be immediately detected, with a specific indication on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier.
Any problems relating to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Each activity of production, packaging and shipment of the goods will take place with strict controls with the regulations on the contrast and containment of the spread of the Covid-19. Each of the operators assigned to the single aforementioned activities will be equipped of every protection and support in order to prevent the direct contact with both the goods and the packaging.
