You will receive every order inside a box personalized with the Malo logo, also perfect as a gift box! Upon check-out, you will also have the opportunity to request a personalized ticket written by our Sales Assistants.
To make a return, the product must be in the same condition in which it was sent and provided with tags. Send an email to customercare@malo.it indicating the number of order, article code, and the reason for return. This will help us to be able to serve you better. Within 7 days you will receive confirmation of acceptance of the return and we will activate the refund procedure in addition to the processing of any new shipment.
No return is charged to the customer except for replacement goods.
