In order to make a return, the product must be in the same condition in which it was sent and provided with tags. Send an email to customercare@malo.it indicating the nr. order, article number and reason for return. This will help us to serve you better. Within 7 days you will receive confirmation of acceptance of the return and we will activate the refund procedure in addition to the processing of any new shipment.

You can return or change your item within 14 days of the date reception and change size or color.

No return is charged to the customer except for replacement goods.

Returns are valid only for products purchased on our website. We cannot accept returns/exchanges of products purchased on other websites, in other points of sale or shipped from countries to which we do not ship.
